A block of room has been booked in the IBIS Grand-Place at the rate of 60€ er single room (buffet breakfast included, but only valid for the night from 11 to 12 October) and three hotel quality youth hostels are not far from the conference site, participants wishing to make other booking are advised to use www.booking.com and to choose a hotel near Grand-Place or central station.

DUE TO A RESCHEDULING OF THE SESSIONS OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT, THE IBIS HOTEL HAS MODIFIED ITS RATES FOR THE NIGHTS OF THE 12TH TO THE 14TH AND THUS, PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BOOK HOTELS AS FAST AS POSSIBLE PREFERABLY THROUGH BOOKING.COM.

The booking at the IBIS hotel has to be made through the reservation form (.pdf file) and the reservation deadline is September 15, 2009.

Youth hostels can be found on the logerjeune.be site, the SLEEP Well, Jacques Brel and Bruegel hostels have the best locations. Rooms are still available for the period but it is advised to book early if you chose this solution. Some of these hostels do not have an age limit for customers.
